InachamHK Members Happy Hour (2021 July)

After being delayed for a long time due to pandemic restrictions, InachamHK finally held a gathering with members.  The event which was held on 8 July was also attended by representatives from the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Hong Kong.  Hopefully, similar activities will be held again in the near future, to strengthen the relationship between members and InachamHK.

SME Strategies for Success: How to expand your e-commerce market in Southeast Asia (2021 May)

The webinar was hosted by E-Commerce Association of Hong Kong, they invited InachamHK members Mr. Benson Chang, Mr. Brian Chan and Mr. Kevin So as speakers to introduce the customs clearance and tax issues of relevant countries in Southeast Asia.  The guest speakers provided the analysis of business secrets in the Southeast Asian e-commerce market as a reference to the SME pricing of goods.

Hong Kong AEO Programme Introductory Meeting (2021 Apr.)

InachamHK fully supports the efforts of the Hong Kong Custom and Excise Department in optimizing the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program after meeting at InachamHK office on 29 April 2021.  The program details are attached in the following announcement and this opportunity is open to business practitioners.

InnoPreneur ASEAN: Indonesia - Take a Sneak Peek of Indonesia - Mapping Out Your Business Expansion (2021 Apr.)

InachamHK proudly participated in anothwebinat event collaborated with HKPC, on 27 April.  Indonesia is one small step away from having its first trade agreement with European countries including Iceland and Norway after The House of Representatives recently approved the draft for the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IE-CEPA).

The Bill over the deal is between Indonesia and the four countries that make up the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland.  The four EFTA countries together ranked 15th among Indonesia’s export destinations last year.

The agenda covered Indonesia Government’s support to foreign investors, an overview of popular industrial parks in Indonesia; tips  on how to land Indonesia with success; how  smart technology and digital transformation are changing the logistics world and labor-intensive industry; insight on the e-commerce and logistics trends;

Dashun - Indonesia Construction Event (2021 Apr.)

This event  is organised by Dashun Foundation and funded by the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund of the Trade and Industry Department, HKSAR Government and fully supported by InachamHK.  Organized by Dashun Foundation, a HKSAR non profit-making charitable institution, this project aims to provide up-to-date information on the trends of the development of Cambodia, Indonesia and Myanmar on business environment in relation to infrastructure and building sectors.  It intends to give an in-depth discussion on relevant regulations and policies in the regions, to analyse the factors that might influence the opportunities, risk management and business strategies of the Hong Kong construction industry in their infrastructure and building projects in Cambodia, Indonesia and Myanmar.
